the staff are excellent and always smiling i loved the private beach it allowed for a peaceful experience away from crowds the free kayak was a great touch for exploring the coastline. the hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to lamai beach making it easy to access other areas.

the receptionists were cute they offered a drink and coconut ice cream upon arrival the staff consistently demonstrated a friendly and helpful attitude throughout my stay they provided prompt assistance.

breakfast featured fresh fruits with nice choices i found the restaurant food tasty and reasonably priced the happy hour offered drinks for half price for a certain time. i could order dishes to my room.
